Repository Policy

Authors retain copyright in their articles and may deposit any version of their work (the submitted manuscript, the accepted manuscript, or the published version of record) in an institutional, subject, or other repository of their choice, at any time and without embargo.

Authors are asked to cite Jurnal Kajian Pembaruan Hukum as the place of first publication, to include the DOI of the published article, and to keep the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence statement with the version of record.
